All Women of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church are Members of the Women of the ELCA
At Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, all women are proud members of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). This organization, commonly known as Women of the ELCA, plays a central role in our church community. Our women actively participate in the mission, work, and events organized by this group.
Women of the ELCA is a national organization that aims to empower, support, and equip women to live their faith in daily life. Through this group, our women find a strong sense of community and sisterhood, as well as opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.
We invite all women of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church to explore and discover the opportunities that await them within Women of the ELCA.

Caring for Kids Fund-Gloria Dei: Lending a Helping Hand to Medically Fragile Children
At Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, we understand that when a child faces serious illness or medical fragility, it not only impacts their lives but also the lives of their entire family. That's why, in 2003, we established the Caring for Kids Fund-Gloria Dei to provide financial support to families in the Bristol area community who are caring for their medically fragile or seriously ill children.
As an outreach of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, the Caring for Kids Fund aims to alleviate the financial burdens that often accompany the care of these special children. We strongly believe that no family should have to face these challenges alone, and through our dedicated efforts, we strive to make a difference in the lives of these families.

If you prefer to donate monetarily, you can do so by sending a check payable to Gloria Dei Church. Please put "Food Drive" in the memo line and mail it to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church at 355 Camp St, Bristol, CT 06010.
